This little passageway has no historical value and is fairly recent (1840) but I just like the feel of it. So it is mainly for my own delight and because I like taking pictures that I am doing this post! :)

Sometime, I want to bang my head against the wall. I've walked in this area of Paris a hundred times, at least; and yet, I had no clue this little gem was there. At the Clinic Oudinot, there is a garden accessible by all that is a pure retreat from the tumult you find a street away. The garden is peaceful and you just want to nest in one of those chairs and forgot that Time even exists. The garden is made first and foremost for patients of the clinic so it is not a place to bring your kids for a soccer game or a family picnic. Silence and respect are the key here. As you pass the door, do not enter into the clinic but go on your left right away. There you'll find your heaven.  I'll definitely go back when all the rose bushes will be in bloom.
