You know me, gotta have my fix! So I stopped by République Patissière. Principle is easy: 4 pastry Chefs for 1 shop, bringing the best of our childhood treats. Well, French childhood's treats such as madeleines. I hesitated between the macarons and the grapefruit pie. It was a tough choice but I went for the macarons. My favorite one was by far the salted caramel one followed by Pistachio and Coconut/Chocolate. But the grapefruit tartelette is still haunting me so I might stop by again. Now beware ain't so cheap. Count about 2 euros for a macaron.
