Next to the very busy Rue Lévis, hidden a few steps away is the Passage Geffroy-Didelot. As I walked by, I almost missed it. I was put off at first by the smell of garbage and urine as I entered from Boulevard des Batignolles but as you come nearer to the flags, the smell disappears. I was a bit sad that all the cute shops were closed and imagine it must be fun to seat on the terrace of one of the restaurants by a lovely summer night. I guess I'll have to try again.
